I started riding and being involved in the lovely world of horses at the tender age of 4, when my mother took me to our local riding school and I became hooked!
At the earliest opportunity, I started to loan and share ponies to have lots of fun with, then eventually managed to buy Domino, my very own pony. Domino and I then started to compete at local shows and did very well jumping at BSJA Level.
College was the next step where I studied my National Diploma in the Management of Horses, my Stages 1, 2 & 3 and Riding & Road Safety.
Whilst at College I continued to compete frequently in Dressage, Show Jumping and 1 Day Event Cross Country.
I started working at Chessington Equestrian Centre about 15 years ago, have my own horse and have taught my own children to ride who also compete at BSJA events. I love to teach a wide variety of clients with differing needs and am still thoroughly enjoying my chosen career!!
